Why should we hire Redline Pressure Washing, LLC?

We are a small, local company that is as professional as any but is more personal than most. We take pride in our work and the owner plays a large part in every job done. We ensure quality work and customer satisfaction every time.

Do you have to come to my house in order to give me a quote?

Most residential quotes can be done over-the-phone. Occasionally we will need to come out to see deck conditions or other unusual circumstances.

Most commercial quotes do require in-person quotes.

Do you give any discounts?

Veterans and First Responders receive $25 off of their purchase.

Do you wash windows?

Your windows will be sprayed with the rest of your house but we do not individually clean each window or squeegee the water off of them.

Do I have to be home when you wash my house?

No, as long as we are in contact and understanding about price and payment, and your windows are closed, you do not have to be home. Payment is expected at the completion of the job.

How long will it take you to wash my house?

It depends on the size of your house and any driveways, decks, patios, or fences that you’ve added. Typically it’s between 1.5 to 4 hours but can vary greatly based on the size of the house.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major cards but we are charged a small fee that is passed onto the customer. Therefore, we prefer a check or cash. We do not accept any other forms of payment at this time.

Is your cleaning process safe for plants?

Yes, we are very cautious with our hoses and use diluted solutions and pre-wet plants out of an abundance of caution.

How do I prepare for my service appointment?

Shut windows and doors and leave access to a spigot for our predetermined date and time.

Do I need to remove my screens?

No, your screens do not NEED to be removed. However, if you remove your screens, the large debris trapped between your window and the screen will be able to run out of the sill and you will get a better clean if you take them out.

Do you use my water?

Yes, unless there is no water available then we can bring our own for an additional charge. This will have to be arranged prior to the appointment.

What if my well doesn’t keep up?

Although many are concerned about this, it is rare that a well not keep up. If it ends up being the case, we can use our own water for an additional charge.

Are you insured?

Yes, absolutely! Redline Pressure Washing, LLC. is licensed and insured out of an abundance of caution because we know we are working on your biggest investment.

Do you work weekends if my business needs to be cleaned while customers and workers aren’t there?

Yes, we will work weekends if the job requires.
